What do we do?
During the sessions, students follow a program aimed at acquiring fundamental skills in computer graphics drawing. The program’s value lies in daily interaction with the mentor and receiving feedback at each important stage of the work. In situations where needed, students receive overpainting on their work. Progression through tasks follows the principle of «from simple to complex». The mentor determines whether the student has acquired a sufficient set of skills to tackle a more challenging exercise or task. If a student struggles, they won’t be left behind; instead, the exercise may be made easier, and the workload reconsidered.
In cases where individual issues with the topic are identified (e.g., difficulties with form construction), additional exercises are provided, either selected or specially designed for the student. In addition to their own materials, the mentor utilizes theoretical information from various sources (books, YouTube, etc.).
How is the learning structured?
• The task is presented in textual form, accompanied by examples, images, and videos.
• The student follows the assignment, submits stages or results of exercises, and makes corrections based on their personal feedback/overpaint.
• The mentor reviews the work daily, except Saturdays. If the student has not submitted their work or stage, feedback will not be provided on that day.
• Feedback is given in textual form, eliminating the need to wait for a «general call» or watch lengthy streams. You can read the feedback for other students if you have the desire and time.
Additionally, video feedback may be provided to the student when necessary.
All of us have goals and dreams.
Perhaps you want to become a concept artist and work in a studio,
perhaps a freelance illustrator and collaborate with foreign companies.
Even if you’re just passionate about digital painting, you won’t be alone on this path.

This Mentorship is for you if:
- You’ve decided to become a professional in the field of Digital Paining and dedicate your career to it;
- You want to become a competitive candidate for positions in the gaming industry as an 2D artist;
- You don’t understand how to structure the learning process;
- Your art «in your head» looks much better than the final result;
- There’s a feeling that there’s no progress in your art, and you don’t know how to break through this «ceiling»;
- You enjoy working at home, at your computer, on a convenient schedule;
- You are capable of following the mentor’s instructions.
Program
The program is tailored to match the individual goals and drawing level of the student. Typically, the program includes exercises focusing on fundamental aspects such as working with line, shapes and forms, volumes, light, and color. It also covers human anatomy and organic forms, clothing, and much more. We specifically address both graphic and color aspects, practice composition, and render the final illustration.
An example of a personalized program can be provided upon request via email.
A personalized program is developed after payment.

Excellent mentoring from Alexandra Malygina! I was looking for a way to strengthen the basics of drawing and was extremely pleased with the assignments and guidance from Alexandra. The tasks are perfectly set – first of all, this is your practice and the opportunity to figure out what needs to be done to achieve the goal. Feedback helps you find your way and see where there are «sagging» areas.
In addition, Alexandra helps you follow your own path and develop your own understanding in your work. I recommend this type of training for those who want to find their own way.

I have known about mentoring for a long time, but finding a mentor is quite difficult, in my opinion, and not every artist is able to clearly explain the material. And then one day I saw a review on a course under Alexandra’s MENTORING. I didn’t think long and signed up almost immediately, which I didn’t regret at all!
Alexandra has her own approach to each person, depending on their level in drawing, goals, interests, even psychological characteristics. For example, I needed magic kicks to bring the work, if not to perfection, then to some more expressive finale than I usually do. I really liked the feedback on creative tasks, it was quite succinct and understandable, everything that was not clear was clarified and sorted out. I am very proud of my task finals! It’s a shame that I didn’t finish my studies. The fact is that during its completion I found a job as an artist, so there was little time and energy for training.
I can recommend Alexandra’s classes to both beginners and intermediate artists who need a qualitative leap. Of course, everything will depend on your hard work and perseverance, and a «magical» mentor will guide you in the right direction!

I want to express my gratitude for the opportunity to study in your course. Throughout the training, I feel that, for the first time, I have a true mentor, despite my previous studies in art school and college. I have confidence that my efforts are justified. The assignments are clear, competitive, and working on them, I observe significant progress. The program organizes information in my mind, eliminating confusion. Finally, I am starting to enjoy the process of drawing. When you understand what you are doing and why, internal resistance disappears.
I know that you have gone through a similar learning path, and your way of presenting information in videos is truly motivating. You discuss those moments that could become challenges in the work.
Thanks to your course, now I draw every day, even without needing to push myself. Previously, such discipline seemed unattainable to me. Even if the process takes a lot of time, it doesn’t upset me because I feel that I am genuinely working. I am ready to dedicate more time to tasks to achieve the truth. Before, I took courses, including at major schools, but it did not bring the expected results. Here, I am pleased with both the amount of information, the amount of practice, and the step-by-step delivery of the material.
I am pleasantly surprised by your involvement in teaching. I did not expect such an amount of feedback, and especially that you personally show where mistakes were made. This is incomparable to the usual approach of «pay and do, then leave.»
Recently, there was a misunderstanding, and I wrote to you in a quite dramatic manner. However, when I say that something is not working, I don’t feel any suffering. I do not consider it a failure. This stage has already been passed. Never before have I been so motivated and optimistic, thanks to your courses. And the video response from you was a real shock. Listening to it, I was shining from the fact itself. It’s funny how you say you don’t provide moral support, but in the video, you do exactly that, haha. Even if it was not necessary, I was impressed by such kindness.
Obviously, colossal efforts have been invested in creating the course. The program is flawless, and everything is extremely convenient. Easy to upload works, navigate through assignments, and watch videos.

Before mentorship, there were «baby doodles». I couldn’t organize myself and I realized that I needed a person with a carrot and a stick and a system. Before mentorship I didn’t even try tone and color, like «I’m going to try it somehow later». This won’t work here. There is a task and it must be completed. I was glad that there was no coloring of the blanks; I drew them myself and painted them myself. This is great.
I also liked the feedback and interesting tasks. It won’t be easy here, believe me. Overall, I’m very pleased with the results. Alexandra will always help and explain. Even the same thing over and over again, She has nerves of iron. Thanks a lot!
Frequently Asked Questions:
Who provides feedback on tasks and when?
Feedback is given by Alexandra Malygina once daily, excluding Saturdays. Saturdays are designated as a day off, and task responses are not provided. You work at a comfortable pace, taking into account your personal rhythm of life. On an individual level, you will be informed of the recommended time to work on a task. This is done for your convenience, but it’s not obligatory to adhere strictly to these time frames.
In what format does the training take place?
Training is conducted on Discord, through direct messaging. Feedback is provided as the educational task progresses (once a day, upon completion of a stage). Additional videos and reference materials are attached if needed. Stages can be submitted at the convenience of the student, whether daily or once a week.
What programs/devices are needed for the training?
Any graphic software (Photoshop, Corel Painter, and others that are comfortable to work with). A graphic tablet, computer, high motivation, and a positive attitude.
How long does the program last?
Think of the program as a subscription to a creative gym. While the subscription is active, you have access to exercises and communication with the coach. The more time you dedicate to learning, the faster you will complete it. Alexandra awaits your work six days a week, regardless of circumstances.
Some exercises will come easier, and you’ll breeze through them, while others may require more effort and breaking through walls of understanding through practice. Learning is a significant and challenging effort; don’t believe people who claim there is an «easy and fun way». The path is different for everyone, with ups and downs. Mentally prepare for it.

Attention: Payment is made through the Easystaff service or Cryptocurrency.
No refund is provided, even if you have not submitted any work to the instructor during the paid period.
